ROUND DANCE CONVENTION

as the Round Dance Program Chairs,
have reached out to members of NECORTA inviting them to cue at the convention. Several have responded, but not all.

If you have not submitted the Cuer Registration Form, please take a few minutes to do so. If you are having difficulty submitting the form, let Lynn know at lynndsa@yahoo.com.

What is NECORTA?

The New England Council of Round Dance Teacher Associations (NECORTA) is an organization formed by the independent round dance teacher associations in New England:

The organization is devoted to the following purposes:

  • To cooperate with other round dance organizations promoting the many phases of round dancing.
  • To build and encourage harmony between round and square dance movements.
  • To assist in the improvement of the professional development and skills of the round dance leaders in the New England area.

NECORTA awards up to four scholarships a year for qualified members to attend an approved cuer school. Email the NECORTA Chairman for more information.
